Expectations !

Why do we feel sad or low or unhappy? Its when something don't got he way we expect. So if thats the thing why do we expect a lot from others? Why don't we keep this thing called expectation only with us .. that means u expect only from urself this way u dnt give anyone any right or i would a any chance to hurt you.

Why our work is not the most important thing in our life?? why is it that all this personal issues or feelings or stupid emotions come in our way and get us caught or entangle in the web of expectation???

So for me today the most important thing will be my work and my life.. I will be there with the people who need me but without any expectation.

Hope this works out!

came across a nice saying "Don't work Seriously, Work Sincerely". - Makes a lotta sense to me!

stupid it doesnt wrk day. Only wrk isnt important. relationships, friends are also important. Its difficult to tackle mood swing at times but m sure as time passes by u will realize relationship is Best as old wine. We are human and its natural for us to expect from Others. we are not God go only Gives with out anything in return.
Cheer up baby.

makes no sense to me though :/ (The saying, I mean)

Be at peace with whatever comes your way,Omi. The only conflict that I have ever seen along these lines is denial of reality, where expectations/desires refuse to submit to and accept reality (past, present, and future). That is how you begin distancing/nearing to a person:by having your own moral codes.

I don't understand any conflict beyond that. Is this what you mean :conflict of required paths versus desired paths? The conflict of where to go seems to emerge from competing (unbalanced) desires; the resolution seeming to be rooted in tempering desires to more realistic, healthy, and balanced levels.

Follow what is healthy: choose happiness in every moment and second of your life. Pursue happiness.

Truly, nothing irrational exists, except in our fantasies. So also there exists nothing evil, except in the false expectations of realizing our fantasies or defiance of the nature of things.

Have emotions, it is only human, for I have tried desperately to remove them from my nature, but was only successful to a certain level. But do not have emotions which are unhealthy. Chose your emotions and direct your energy. Let them be ruled by the rational nature. Change your very nature, if you find it is opposed to the use of conscious ways.

"Opportunity cost is the foregone gain from the best alternative"
I know you are well resolved, but every better is not the best, so always keep allowance for further change.

You have wisely given value to your life, like everybody else.
But getting rid of this energy(emotions) might result in a lapse(or potential lapse) in the things you value.
You will learn the good of positive emotions when you control them by your thought, choose and pursue them(love to fear; happiness to sorrow; resourcefulness to regret).

Channel this energy rather than getting rid of it.

(I am telling you because I almost killed that energy in me, and somehow, gaining that energy back with my 'Thinking' function is not coming very easy for me.)
